摘要
以FR2025为阻燃剂、TF1645为抗滴落剂对聚碳酸酯进行阻燃改性,研究了二者用量对聚碳酸酯板材(2mm)阻燃性能、光学性能以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:磺酸盐阻燃剂FR2025与聚四氟乙烯抗滴落剂TF1645复配使用时,板材综合性能良好,较低的添加量即可达到阻燃抗滴落要求。当FR2025添加量为0.08%、TF1645添加量为0.4%时,聚碳酸酯板材的阻燃效果最优,对板材光学性能和力学性能影响较小,透光率为88.3%,雾度为1.12%,拉伸强度为68MPa,拉伸弹性模量为2385 MPa,缺口冲击强度67.8 kJ·m^(-2),弯曲强度为116.8 MPa。
Polycarbonate was modified with FR2025 as flame retardant and TF1645 as anti-drop agent.The effects of the two dosages on the flame retardancy,optical properties and mechanical properties of polycarbonate sheet(2 mm)were studied.The results showed that when sulfonate flame retardant FR2025 and polytetrafluoron anti-drip agent TF1645 were used in combination,the comprehensive performance of the plate was good,and the low addition amount could meet the requirements of flame retardant and anti-drip.When the addition amount of FR2025 was 0.08%and the addition amount of TF1645 was 0.4%,the flame retardant effect of polycarbonate sheet was the best,which had little influence on the optical and mechanical properties of the sheet,the light transmittance was 88.3%,the fog was 1.12%,the tensile strength was 68 MPa,the tensile elastic modulus was 2385 MPa,and the flame retardant effect of polycarbonate sheet was the best.The notched impact strength was 67.8 kJ·m^(-2),and the bending strength was 106.8 MPa.
