摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD),以下简称慢阻肺,是呼吸系统疾病常见的慢性疾病,该病发病、致残率高。氧化应激反应是它的发生机制之一。近年来,研究发现脑和肌肉组织芳香烃受体核转运蛋白的类似蛋白1(brain and muscle Ah receptor nuclear translocator protein-like-1,BMAL1基因)是生物节律产生的重要钟基因,且生物节律对氧化应激反应的发生有影响。核转录因子红系2相关因子2(nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor 2,Nrf2)/抗氧化反应元件(antioxidant response element, ARE)是真核细胞中常见的氧化应激通路之一。以上两者对慢阻肺的氧化应激反应具有重要作用。中医药对慢阻塞性肺病的作用机制已有许多深入的研究。因此从中医药角度,探讨中医药对慢阻肺氧化应激反应的影响,以及BMAL1基因、Nrf2/ARE通路对慢阻肺的氧化应激作用。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common chronic respiratory disease with a high morbidity and disability rate.Oxidative stress is one of its mechanisms.In recent years,it has been found that brain and muscle Ah receptor nuclear translocator protein-like-1(BMAL1)is an important clock gene of biological rhythm.It has an effect on oxidative stress.Nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2)/Antioxidant response element ARE(ARE)is one of the common oxidative stress pathways in eukaryotic cells。BMAL1 and Nrf2/ARE play an important role in the oxidative stress of COPD.There are many in-depth studies about the mechanism of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on COPD.Therefore,from this,this paper will explore the effects of TCM on oxidative stress of COPD,as well as the effects of BMAL1 and Nrf2/ARE on oxida⁃tive stress of COPD.
