摘要
全面建设社会主义现代化是党的二十大为我国做出的新型战略部署,“全面”一词是重中之重。“全面”不仅涵盖了中国社会主义现代化建设主体的全面性,即民族全面化和地区全面化,同时还意味着我国社会主义现代化建设客体的全面性,即政治现代化、经济现代化、文化现代化以及生态现代化。之所以要强调社会主义现代化建设的“全面”性,从根本上是为了推动人的全面发展,开创人类文明新形态,实现中华民族伟大复兴。新时代语境下,为了最大限度保障社会主义现代化建设的全面性,要坚持党的全面领导、完善社会主义市场经济体系、明确宪法导向、强化民主参与,以此为社会主义现代化建设的全面展开提供组织保障、经济依托、法治引领和民主支撑。
Building socialist modernization in all respects is a new strategic deployment made by the 20th CPC National Congress for our country,in which the term“all respects”is the top priority.“All respects”not only covers the comprehensiveness of the main body of China’s socialist modernization construction,that is,national comprehensiveness and regional comprehensiveness,but also means the comprehensiveness of the object of China’s socialist modernization construction,namely,political modernization,economic modernization,cultural modernization and ecological modernization.The reason why we should emphasize the“comprehensive”nature of socialist modernization is fundamentally to promote the all-round development of human beings,create a new form of human civilization,and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.InOthe context of the new era,in order to maximize the comprehensiveness of the socialist modernization drive,we should uphold the overall Party leadership,improve the socialist market economy system,clarify the constitutional orientation,and strengthen democratic participation.Thus we will provide organizational guarantees,economic support,legal guidance and democratic support for the comprehensive development of socialist modrenization.
