三种不同复合树脂充填方法修复后牙深洞的临床疗效及抗疲劳情况分析 被引量:9

Effect and anti-fatigue analysis of three different composite resin filling methods for repairing deep posterior cavity

摘要 目的探讨三种不同复合树脂充填方法修复后牙深洞的临床疗效及抗疲劳情况。方法前瞻性选取2020年6月至2021年6月于联勤保障部队第九〇九医院被确诊的后牙深洞患者共9000例作为研究对象,将其按照简单数字表法随机分为A组、B组和C组,各3000例。A组采用3M ESPE P60后牙专用复合树脂充填方法修复,B组采用3M Filtek Z250前后牙通用型复合树脂充填方法修复,C组采用3M Filtek Z350流动纳米树脂充填方法修复。所有患者均进行3个月的随访。3组患者比较治疗的临床疗效、修复前后的微渗漏情况、抗疲劳情况、不良反应发生率及满意度。结果修复后C组的成功率为93.33%,明显高于B组的63.70%、A组的62.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且B组和A组的成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与修复前相比,修复后,3组患者的微渗漏值均低于修复前,且C组为(0.63±0.11)分,低于A组[(2.11±0.22)分]和B组[(1.34±0.27)分],B组低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复后,C组1、2、3个月的抗疲劳情况为(0.69±0.09)、(0.68±0.11)、(0.70±0.08)mm,均明显优于A组[(1.34±0.17)、(1.41±0.13)、(1.47±0.14)mm]和B组[(1.11±0.15)、(1.21±0.10)、(1.28±0.11)mm],且B组优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组的不良反应发生率为8.33%,明显低于A组(23.33%)和B组(18.33%),且B组低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组的满意度为94.33%,明显高于A组(81.00%)和B组(83.33%),且B组明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3M FiltekZ350流动纳米树脂充填方法修复后牙深洞的临床疗效明显优于3M ESPE P60和3M Filtek Z250,可增强修复体的抗疲劳能力,降低患者微渗漏情况及不良反应发生率,提高患者的满意度,值得被临床推广。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and anti-fatigue of three different composite resin filling methods in the restoration of deep cavities of posterior teeth.Methods A total of 9000 patients with deep cavity of posterior teeth diagnosed in the 909th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C according to the simple numerical table method,with 3000 patients in each group.Group A was restored with 3M ESPE P60 special composite resin filling method,group B with 3M Filtek Z250 universal composite resin filling method,and group C with 3M Filtek Z350 mobile nano resin filling method.All patients were followed up for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,microleakage,anti-fatigue,incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction of the three groups were compared.Results After repair,the success rate of group C was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of group B(63.70%)and group A(62.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in the success rate between group B and group A(P>0.05).Compared with before repair,the microleakage of patients in three groups after repair was lower than before repair,and the score of group C was(0.63±0.11)pionts,which was lower than those of group A[(2.11±0.22)pionts]and group B[(1.34±0.27)pionts],and that of group B was lower than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the repair,the fatigue resistance of group C at 1 month,2 months and 3 months were(0.69±0.09),(0.68±0.11),(0.70±0.08)mm,which were significantly better than those of group A[(1.34±0.17),(1.41±0.13),(1.47±0.14)mm]and group B[(1.11±0.15),(1.21±0.10),(1.28±0.11)mm],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group C was 8.33%,which was significantly lower than that in groups A(23.33%)and B(18.33%),and that in group B was lower than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of group C was 94.33%,which was significantly higher than those of groups A(81.00%)and B(83.33%),and that of group B was significantly higher than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 3M FiltekZ350 mobile nano-resin filling method is superior to 3M ESPE P60 and 3m filterkz250 in the clinical effect of restoring deep cavities of posterior teeth,which can enhance the anti-fatigue ability of restorations,reduce the incidence of microleakage and adverse reactions,and improve the satisfaction of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
