TRIM家族蛋白在妇科肿瘤发生发展中的作用 被引量:2

The role of TRIM family proteins in the development of gynecological tumors

摘要 三重基序蛋白家族成员众多,其中大部分蛋白质都可作为E3泛素连接酶,它们在人体内细胞生长发育、DNA修复、信号转导及转录等生物学过程中发挥重要作用,并与癌细胞的分化、增殖、凋亡、侵袭、迁移等生物学过程关系密切。TRIM家族蛋白在卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌等多种妇科肿瘤中表达异常,既可能促进癌细胞的增殖侵袭又可能抑制癌症的发生与进展。在特定的肿瘤中,部分TRIM蛋白的异常表达有望成为新的肿瘤预后标志物以及靶向治疗的有效靶点,为妇科肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供了新思路。TRIM蛋白与多种妇科肿瘤的发生发展及患者预后有关,但TRIM蛋白对妇科肿瘤的具体影响及其机制尚不清楚,还需未来进一步研究验证。 There are many members of the triple motif protein family,most of which can be used as E3 ubiquitin ligases.They play an important role in biological processes such as cell growth and development,DNA repair,signal transduction and transcription in human body,and are closely related to biological processes such as differentiation,proliferation,apoptosis,invasion and migration of cancer cells.TRIM family proteins are abnormally expressed in ovarian cancer,endometrial cancer,cervical cancer and other gynecological tumors,which may not only promote the proliferation and invasion of cancer cells,but also inhibit the occurrence and progression of cancer.The abnormal expression of some TRIM proteins in specific tumors is expected to become new tumor prognostic markers and effective targets for targeted therapy,which provides new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological tumors.TRIM protein is related to the occurrence and development of a variety of gynecological tumors and the prognosis of patients.However,the specific effect and mechanism of TRIM protein on gynecological tumors are still unclear,which needs to be verified by further research in the future.
