摘要
目的:了解我院门诊集采药品退药情况,分析退药原因并进行总结,以降低门诊药房的退药率。方法:选择2021年1月1日—12月31日我院门诊药房集采药品退药处方,随机抽取药物阿托伐他汀钙片、二甲双胍片、厄贝沙坦片和氨氯地平片计161张处方,分析退药情况及退药原因。结果:161盒退药中阿托伐他汀钙片和氨氯地平片占比最高(均为39.13%),其次为厄贝沙坦片(14.91%);3月为退药占比最高(24.22%),其次为1月和8月;集采药品退药原因中,患者因素占比最高,其次为医师因素。结论:为降低退药率,应规范退药制度、加强医患沟通,提高专业技能,增强责任心,完善医院信息系统,保障合理用药及用药安全。
Objective: To understand the situation of drug withdrawal in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital, analyze and summarize the reasons of drug withdrawal, so as to reduce the rate of drug withdrawal in outpatient pharmacy. Methods: A total of 161 prescriptions of atorvastatin calcium tablets, metformin tablets, irbesartan tablets and amlodipine tablets were randomly selected from the centralized collection of drugs in the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital from January 1, 2021to December 31, 2021. The situation and reasons of drug withdrawal were analyzed. Results: Among the 161 boxes of drug withdrawals, atorvastatin calcium tablets and amlodipine tablets accounted for the highest proportions(both 39.13%),followed by irbesartan tablets(14.91%);March was the highest proportion of drug withdrawals(24.22%), followed by January and August;among the reasons for the withdrawal of drugs from centralized procurement, patient factors accounted for the highest proportion, followed by physician factors. Conclusion: In order to reduce the drug return rate, we should standardize the drug return system, strengthen doctor-patient communication, improve professional skills, enhance the sense of responsibility, improve the hospital information system, and ensure rational drug use and drug safety.
