摘要
针对目前煤矿在采掘过程中使用钻机钻孔进行构造探测出现的工期太长、严重影响生产的问题,研制技术先进、性能可靠的钻孔可视化轨迹仪,提出了系统的总体设计,详述了系统的关键技术。通过工业性试验,能有效地探测钻孔方位角及倾角,实时直观地观测到钻孔内的各种构造,保证防治水工作的有效开展。
In view of the problem that the construction period of drilling rig for structural exploration in coal mine is too long at present, which seriously affects the production, a borehole visual tracking instrument with advanced technology and reliable performance is developed, and the overall design of the system is put forward. The key technologies of the system are described in detail. Through the industrial test, the azimuth and dip angle of the borehole can be effectively detected, and various structures in the borehole can be observed real-time and intuitively,so as to ensure the effective development of water prevention and control work.
