摘要
当前初中思政课法治教育所面临的现实困境主要表现为德育功能相对弱化、教学内容缺乏联系、探究学习流于形式和学段衔接不够顺畅。道德与法治“新课标”显示出界定课程性质,强调道德与法治深度融合;坚持素养导向,遴选法治教育的重要观念;强化实践导向,促进法治教育方式的转变;注重纵向衔接,突破法治教育的学段隔阻等变革要求。研究认为,初中思政课教师可依据道德与法治“新课标”,积极探索议题式教学,促进法治教育提质增效:通过强化德育功能,升华法治议学主题;注重内容关联,厚植法治核心观念;推进探究学习,培塑法治行为习惯;完善教研机制,推动学段有机衔接。
At present, the legal education of ideological and political courses in junior middle school is faced with four practical dilemmas, which are: the function of moral education is relatively weakened;the teaching content is lack of connection;and the inquiry learning is just a formality and the connection between learning sections is not smooth. The New Curriculum Standard of Morality and Law shows that the teaching should define the nature of the curriculum, emphasize the deep integration of morality and law;the teaching should adhere to the quality orientation and select the important ideas of legal education;the teaching should strengthen the practice orientation and promote the change of legal education mode;and the teaching should be paid attention to the vertical connection, break through law education and other reform requirements. According to the research,teachers of ideological and political courses in junior middle school can actively explore the topic teaching to promote the quality and efficiency of legal education according to the New Curriculum Standards of Morality and Law. They can sublimate the theme of legal discussion by strengthening the function of moral education. They can pay attention to the content correlation in lecture, the implantation of the core values of the law in the heart of students, promote inquiry learning and cultivate students’ legal behavior habits and improve the teaching and research mechanism, so as to promote the organic connection between learning segments.
