摘要
在互联网与大数据环境下,面向智能制造的智能工厂呈现出生产运营更加复杂多变、创新知识更加密集、制造过程更加不确定和难以预测、运营管理更加注重服务价值等新的发展特征。本文从智能工厂运营管理体系出发,分别从智能工厂服务模式的自组织创新、智能工厂知识管理的自学习创新、智能工厂调度优化的自适应创新3个方面,探索新一代信息技术条件下智能工厂运营管理的理论内涵和技术方法。为创新智能工厂的运行模式、提升其管理水平提供理论与方法支撑,以期满足我国制造企业实现向智能制造转型升级的需求。
In the era of Internet and big data,smart factories for intelligent manufacturing have shown a series of new challenging features.Manufacturing operation is becoming more complex and changeable.Innovation knowledge is becoming more intensive.Manufacturing process is becoming more uncertain and unpredictable.Operation management pays more attention to service value.This paper explores the theoretical insights and technical approaches for the operation management of smart factory supported by new-generation information technology.We deeply discuss three innovation aspects of smart factory management,namely,the self-organization innovation for service mode,the self-learning innovation for knowledge management,and the self-adaptation innovation for scheduling optimization.The purpose is to provide theoretical and methodological support for innovating the operation mode of smart factory and improving its management level,in order to meet the needs of Chinese manufacturing enterprises to realize the transformation and upgrading to intelligent manufacturing.
