摘要
在海洋经济快速发展和海洋强国战略背景下,我国对高质量海洋人才的需求和培养规模日益增长。该文针对海洋科学专业人才培养过程中不同程度地存在目标不清晰、特色不鲜明和供需不匹配等问题,对应提出基于“科教融合、理工结合、校企联合”理念,结合广西大学海洋科学人才培养过程中的改革探索与实践,探讨高质量的海洋科学本科特色专业人才培养模式,以期为海洋强国建设国家战略和向海经济发展地方需求提供高质量人才培养保障。
In the context of China's Maritime Power and Strategy and ocean economic development,the demand for and training of high-quality marine talents is gradually growing in China.In this study,the concepts of"integration of science and education,combination of science and engineering,and combination of university and company"were proposed in response to the existing problems of unclear goals,indistinct characteristics,mismatch of supply and demand in the process of training marine science professionals.This study also discussed the pathways and the training mode of high-quality marine science undergraduate characteristic professionals in Guangxi University in order to provide high-quality talent training guarantee for the implementation of China's Maritime Power and Strategy and the local needs of seaward economic development.
