摘要
某历史建筑为砖木结构,建于民国时期,现墙体出现裂缝,为确定砌体墙的安全性,为后续的修缮提供依据,需对其进行安全性鉴定。文章分别依据《近现代历史建筑结构安全性评估导则》《民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准》对该建筑砌体墙进行安全性鉴定,以找到更合适的鉴定依据。该项目具有典型意义,可为类似工程提供参考。
A historic building is a brick-wood structure,which is buided in Minguo period,now many cracks are founded on the masonry walls,in order to make sure whether these masonry walls are safe,and provide a basis for repairs later.This paper provides safety appraisal of the masonry walls according to Guideline for structural safety assessment of modern historic building and Standard for appraisal of reliability of civil buildings,compared the two standards to find the more suitable one.This project is of typical significance for similar projects,it can provide reference for similar projects.
