摘要
微型石英音叉陀螺是近年来发展起来的新型惯性器件,采用ANSYS软件建立了微型石英音叉的实体模型,对其进行了压电振动模态分析,依据计算结果设计制作了微型石英音叉陀螺样片,实测值与计算结果相吻合,证明了这一分析方法的实用性。
?Micro quartz tuning fork gyroscope is developed recently.The solid model of a micro quartz tuning fork gyroscope is established by means of software ANSYS and finite element method is used in studying its piezoelectric modal characteristics.According to the calculation results,the sample of micro quartz tuning fork gyroscope has been manufactured,and the experimental results agree with the calculation results,and it manifests the practicability of this ANSYS method.
