摘要
川崎病(Kawasaki disease,KD)是一种急性、发热性、全身血管炎症疾病,可引起冠状动脉的损伤,其发病机制尚不明确,但已有研究表明,miRNA可能通过调控相关炎性因子与炎症通路,引起内皮细胞的损伤,参与川崎病的发病机制。本文就miRNA在川崎病发病机制中的作用作一综述。
Kawasaki disease(KD)is an acute,febrile,systemic vascular inflammatory disease,which can cause coronary artery injury.Its pathogenesis is still unclear,but previous studies have shown that miRNA may cause endothelial cell injury by regulating related inflammatory factors and inflammatory pathways,and participate in the pathogenesis of Kawasaki disease.This article reviews the role of miRNA in pathogenesis of Kawasaki disease.
