摘要
作为一种新型的管理思维模式,风险预控在整个煤矿企业的安全管理工作中发挥着重要作用,可有效提升煤矿企业的综合管理水平。煤矿井下作业过程涵盖了多个环节,包括采煤、掘进、运输等。煤矿井下工作环境较为复杂多变,对井下施工人员的安全造成了严重威胁。针对此问题,需充分发挥煤矿风险预控管理工作的优势,为煤矿井下作业过程提供保障,推动煤矿企业的进一步发展。
As a new management thinking mode, risk pre-control plays an important role in the whole safety management of coal mine enterprises, which can effectively improve the comprehensive management level of coal mine enterprises. The underground operation process of coal mine covers many links, including mining, driving, transportation and so on. The underground working environment of coal mine is complicated and changeable, which poses a serious threat to the safety of underground workers. In view of this problem, it is necessary to give full play to the advantages of risk pre-control management of coal mines, provide guarantee for underground coal mine operation process, and promote the further development of coal mine enterprises.
