摘要
针对苏州在建启迪设计大厦项目在第9、13、17、21层出现楼层截面变换情况,通过在悬挑部位设置高长度斜向支撑方式,实际模板搭设时落实细节控制,同时配合科学的浇筑施工流程完成搭设及楼面浇筑任务。最终通过对悬挑部位最外侧挠度进行监测与分析,发现所制定的斜钢管支撑方案满足工程质量及安全需求,对类似工程具有一定的借鉴意义。
In view of the change of floor section in the 9th,13th,17th and 21st floors of the Tus Design Building project under construction in Suzhou,by setting high length diagonal support at the cantilever part,the details control was implemented during the actual formwork erection,and the erection and floor casting tasks were completed with the scientific pouring construction process.Finally,through the monitoring and analysis of the outermost deflection of the cantilever part,it is found that the inclined steel pipe support scheme developed meets the engineering quality and safety requirements,which has certain reference significance for similar projects.
