摘要
通过对循环甲醇含水量升高的现象进行分析,探究了甲醇-水分离塔工况出现异常的原因。提出了在线检修方案,方案实施后效果良好。总结了甲醇-水分离塔运行维护的相关经验。
Through analysis for water content increase in circulating methanol of methanol wash unit, the causes of abnormal working conditions in methanol-water separation column are studied. Solution of on-line maintenance is put forward, which proves satisfactory in performance. Relevant experiences are summarized for operation and maintenance of methanolwater separation column.
