轨道列车开关门过程对客室温度影响的数值仿真研究

摘要 轨道列车到达车站后,在开关门过程中,客室内气流与环境气流产生热量交换,特别是在高寒、高热气候条件下,开关门过程会对客室内温度场分布产生一定的影响。为了评估开关门过程对列车客室温度变化的影响程度,文章建立了某轨道列车包括客室空间、送风道、回风道、废排风道等主要结构在内的客室内流场三维几何模型,定义了车门机构区域的运动规律,采用动网格处理了车门机构的开关运动,针对夏季(外温35℃)及冬季(外温-25℃)工况列车开关门过程中客室内温度场变化进行了非稳态计算并分析了客室内流场分布。结果表明,列车整体风道设计可以有效地向客室区域送风,整个客室气流组织分布均匀,60 s开关门过程对车门区域的温度分布产生显著影响,但是对客室区域温度场的影响范围较小而且影响时间较短,在关门后约20~30 s,客室温度分布即恢复到开门前状态。 During the process of opening and closing doors when railway vehicles arrives at a station,the air flow in the passenger compartment generates heat exchange with the ambient air flow.Especially in the high-cold and high-hot climate conditions.the process of opening and closing doors has a certain influence on the distribution of the temperature field in the passenger compartment.In order to evaluate the influence of door opening and closing process on the temperature change in passenger compartment,a three-dimensional geometric model of passenger compartment flow field including passenger compartment space,air supply duct,air return duct,waste exhaust duct and other main structures of a rail train is established.The motion law of the door mechanism area is defined,and the switch motion of the door mechanism is processed by dynamic mesh.Aiming at the summer(external temperature 35℃)and winter(external temperature-25℃)working conditions,the unsteady state calculation of the temperature field change and the flow field distribution in the passenger compartment during the train door opening and closing process are analyzed.The results show that the overall air duct design of the train can effectively supply air to the passenger compartment area,and the air distribution in the whole passenger compartment is uniform.The 60 s'opening and closing process will have a significant impact on the temperature distribution in the door area,but the influence range of the temperature field in the passenger compartment area is small and the influence period is short.About 20~30 s after closing the door,the temperature distribution in the passenger compartment will return to the state before opening the door.
