聚羧酸系减水剂对水泥胶砂性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究了聚羧酸减水剂的掺量对水泥砂浆流动性、扩展度、凝结时间以及强度的影响。结果表明,随着聚羧酸减水剂掺量的增加,水泥净浆的流动度先变好后变差,水泥砂浆的扩展度逐渐增大。聚羧酸减水剂的加入对水泥有缓凝作用。适量减水剂的加入可以增加水泥胶砂的抗折和抗压强度。综合考虑,聚羧酸减水剂的加入量为0.75%时,水泥胶砂性能最好。 The influence of dosage of Polycarboxylate-type water reducer(PCWR)on fluidity,setting time and strength of cement mortar were investigated.The results showed that the fluidity of cement paste became better firstly and then worse with the increasing dosage of PCWR.The fluidity of cement mortar was increased with the increasing dosage of PCWR.The retarding effect of cement was observed with the addition of PCWR.The flexural and compressive strength of cement mortar increased with addition of appropriate amount of PCWR.In conclusion,the properties of cement mortar were best as the dosage of PCWR was 0.75%.
