摘要
目的:探讨淋巴水肿患者对综合消肿治疗接受度的情况及面临的障碍,旨在为淋巴水肿患者提供个性化综合消肿治疗方案,以早期控制或减轻淋巴水肿症状,避免进一步加重淋巴水肿而提供依据。方法:采用现象学研究方法,对接诊的30例淋巴水肿患者进行深度半结构式访谈,触及其内心深处对综合消肿治疗的接受度。结果:对30例淋巴水肿患者进行“一对一”深入访谈,将发生淋巴水肿后的感受、认知和淋巴水肿综合消肿治疗的接受情况,提取7个访谈主题为患者对综合消肿治疗不接受、逃避态度,无能为力感,自我形象严重受损,自理能力受限,医患沟通较少,重视不够,失去经济来源。结论:及时提高淋巴水肿患者综合消肿治疗行为认知度和及早治疗的执行情况,制订规范化的淋巴水肿防治流程,避免淋巴水肿进一步发生发展,从而及早提高淋巴水肿患者的认知行为和接受度。
Objective:To explore the acceptance of comprehensive swelling treatment in patients with lymphedema and obstacles,so as to provide basis for individualized comprehensive swelling treatment in lymphedema patients,in order to control or relieve lymphedema early symptoms,and prevent lymphedema further.Methods:Phenomenological research methods were used in 30 patients with lymphedema for in-depth semi-structured interviews,hitting its inner acceptance of comprehensive swelling treatment.Results:One-on-one in-depth interviews were made in 30 cases of lymphedema patients,feeling after lymphedema,cognition and acceptance of comprehensive swelling treatment of lymphedema,extracting 7 interview subjects including refusal and escape of comprehensive swelling treatment in patients,sense of powerlessness,serious damage of self-image,limited ability of self-care,less doctor-patient communication,no enough attention,and loss of economic sources.Conclusion:It is important to timely improve the behavior recognition and early treatment of execution for comprehensive swelling treatment in lymphedema patients,set up a standardized process for prevention and control of lymphedema,avoid further development of lymphedema,so as to improve the cognitive behavior and acceptance in lymphedema patients as early as possible.
