摘要
2017—2019年每月采样统计研究密度为每公顷30000尾夏花时起池塘养殖的梭鲈(Sander lucioperca)的生长特征及繁殖力。结果表明:1龄梭鲈平均体长为(180.65±15.81)mm,平均体质量为(69.83±20.43)g;2龄梭鲈平均体长为(333.85±34.35)mm,平均体质量(491.48±156.54)g;3龄梭鲈平均体长(355.12±28.80)mm,平均体质量(777.95±137.95)g。梭鲈属于异速生长类型,体长与体质量关系为:W=5×10^(-5)L^(2.74)(R^(2)=0.95)。对40尾3龄性成熟雌亲鱼的繁殖力统计结果表明:梭鲈性腺成熟系数(GIS)为(17.77±1.46)%,其绝对繁殖力(F)为(118794.85±25616.27)粒,相对繁殖力(F_(1))为(273.45±25.11)粒/g,体长相对繁殖力(F_(L))为(334.05±59.14)粒/mm,体质量相对繁殖力(F_(W))为(215.39±19.21)粒/g;个体绝对繁殖力与体长(L)、体质量(W)的关系分别为:F=0.0034L^(2.948),F=238.12W-0.029W^(2)-5311.4。
The growth characteristics and fecundity were monthly investigated in 480 samples of pikeperch Sander lucioperca cultured in outdoor ponds from summerlings at stocking density of 30000 ind./hm^(2) in Hulan aquaculture experimental station of Heilongjiang River Fisheries Research Institute from 217 to 2018.The results showed that the pikeperch had average body length of(180.65±15.81)mm and body weight of(69.83±20.43)g at age of 1 year old;the average body length of(333.85±34.35)mm and body weight of(491.48±156.54)g at age of 2 years old;and average body length of(355.12±28.80)mm,and body weight of(777.95±137.95)g at age of 3 years old,with allometric growth.The relationship between body weight(W)and body length(L)was described as the equation:W=5×10^(-5)L^(2.74)(n=480,R^(2)=0.95),with different exponent b values in different growth stages,b less than 3 before 390 days,indicating that the growth of body length was faster than that of body weight,and above 3 after 390 days,showing that the growth in body weight was faster than that in body length.The pikeperch had gonado-somatic index(GSI)of(17.77±1.46)%,absolute fecundity of(118794.85±25616.27)eggs,relative fecundity(F_(1))of(273.45±25.11)eggs/g,relative fecundity in body length(F_(L))of(334.05±59.14)eggs/mm,and relative fecundity(F_(W))in body weight of(215.39±19.21)eggs/g.The relationship between individual absolute fecundity(F)and body length(L)was expressed as F=0.0034L^(2.94),and the relationship between F and body weight(W)as F=238.12W-0.029W^(2)-5311.4.
