摘要
家政服务产业发展离不开专业人才培养的推动。产教融合是提升家政服务业技能人才培养质量的重要路径,也是家政服务业“提质扩容”的关键举措。江苏省家政服务业存在着人才培养规模不足、师资缺乏、课程体系不完善等问题。基于此,要积极推进产教融合,构建“政、校、行、企”四位一体的协同育人模式、加快产教融合型实践基地建设、构建产教融合型课程体系,以职场情境为载体深化教学改革,依托创业园培养产业创新创业人才。
The development of the household service industry is inseparable from the promotion of professional talent cultivation. “Integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities” is an important path to improve the quality of skilled personnel training in the household service industry,and also a key measure of quality improvement and capacity expansion in the household service industry. The household service industry in Jiangsu Province has problems such as insufficient talent training scale,lack of teachers,and imperfect curriculum system. Due to these problems,it is necessary to actively promote the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities,build a four-in-one collaborative education mode of “Government,School,Industry,and Enterprise”,increase the construction of the practice bases for “integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities”,build the curriculum system for “integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities”,deepen the teaching reform with the workplace context as the carrier and rely on the entrepreneurial park to cultivate industrial innovation and entrepreneurial talents.
