摘要
目的 分析老年胃癌合并糖尿病患者围术期中实施控制血糖护理的临床效果。方法 选取2018年1月—2021年11月在莆田市荔城区医院接受治疗的56例老年胃癌合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机数表法均分两组,各28例。对照组与观察组分别接受常规围术期护理及控制血糖护理干预。对比护理后血糖控制情况,并记录两组患者术后恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果 护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后首次下床时间、切口愈合时间及住院时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年胃癌合并糖尿病患者围术期中实施控制血糖护理后,患者血糖水平得到稳定控制,明显缩短术后恢复时间,术后并发症发生风险降低。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of perioperative blood glucose control nursing in elderly patients with gastric cancer complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods 55 elderly patients with gastric cancer and diabetes who received treatment in Licheng District Hospital of Putian City from January 2018 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,28 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group received routine perioperative nursing and blood glucose control nursing intervention,respectively.The blood glucose control after nursing was compared,and the postoperative recovery and complications of the two groups were recorded.Results After nursing,the fasting plasma glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the time of first getting out of bed,incision healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After perioperative blood glucose control nursing in elderly patients with gastric cancer and diabetes,the blood glucose level of the patients was stably controlled,the postoperative recovery time was significantly shortened,and the risk of postoperative complications was reduced.
