摘要
目的探讨参芪地黄汤加减治疗气阴两虚型慢性肾炎(CGN)的效果。方法选取我院2019年2月—2021年2月收治的98例气阴两虚型CGN患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组均49例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予参芪地黄汤加减治疗,比较两组临床效果、尿蛋白指标、肾功能指标、免疫功能相关指标。结果1)观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2)治疗前,两组尿蛋白指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组上述指标较低(P<0.05);3)治疗前,两组肾功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血清肌酐(SCr)、肾损伤分子(KIM-1)、胱抑素C(CysC)低于对照组(P<0.05),肾小球滤过率(eGFR)高于对照组(P<0.05);4)治疗前,两组免疫功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组上述指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于气阴两虚型CGN患者,参芪地黄汤加减治疗可改善其肾功能与免疫功能,降低蛋白尿,提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN)with the syndrome of qi and yin deficiency.Methods Ninty-eight CGN patients with the syndrome of qi and yin deficiency admitted to Shaoxing Paojiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was given modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction based on the control group.The clinical effects,urinary protein indexes,renal function indexes,and immune function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results 1)The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).2)Before treatment,the urinary protein indexes of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).After treatment,the urinary protein index of the observation group was lower(P<0.05).3)Before treatment,the renal function indexes of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum creatinine(SCr),kidney injury molecule(KIM-1),and cystatin C(CysC)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the glomerular filtration rate(e GFR)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).4)Before treatment,the immune function indexes of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).After treatment,the immune function index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with CGN with the syndrome of qi and yin deficiency,modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction improves their renal function and immune function,reduces proteinuria,and improves the therapeutic effect.
