摘要
地市级公立医院大多尚未成立或者刚刚成立独立的运营管理部门,在运营管理方面存在经验不足的问题。以湖北省某地市级三级公立医院实践为例,从运营助理建立的背景、主要做法及成效、存在的问题、未来发展策略等方面入手,探索建立高效合理的运营助理模式,旨在为地市级医院推行运营助理提供参考与借鉴。
Most of the prefecture-level public hospitals have not yet established or have just established independent operation management departments,and there is a problem of insufficient experience in operation management.This paper takes the practice of a class three prefecture-level hospital in Hubei Province as an example.Starts from the background of operation assistant construction,main practices and results,existing problems,future development strategies,etc.Explore the establishment of an efficient and reasonable operation assistant model.The purpose is to provide reference for the implementation of operation assistant in prefecture-level hospitals.
