摘要
以1年生华西花楸幼苗为试验材料,采用黑色遮阳网模拟不同光照强度(CK:100%,A:30%,B:60%,C:90%)培育华西花楸幼苗,探讨其对华西花楸幼苗的生长以及光合特性的影响,以期为华西花楸幼苗育苗所需的光照强度提供参考。结果表明:幼苗经一年遮荫处理后,华西花楸幼苗的苗高和冠幅均在30%光照强度下最大,而冠幅在90%光照强度下最大,其苗高、地径和冠幅均在全光照下较小。在不同光照强度下,幼苗净光合速率和气孔限制值的日变化均呈M趋势,相反,胞间CO浓度呈W趋势;而幼苗蒸腾速率日变化呈先升高后降低的趋势,气孔导度整体呈下降趋势。它们光合作用特征的日变化整体均呈现CK>A>B>C。
Taking one-year-old Sorbus wilsoniana seedlings as experimental materials,the black shading net was used to simulate different light intensities(CK:100%,a:30%,B:60%,C:90%)to cultivate Sorbus wilsoniana seedlings.The effects of different light intensities on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of Sorbus wilsoniana seedlings were discussed in order to provide reference for the light intensities needed for seedling raising of Sorbus wilsoniana.The results showed that after one-year shading treatment,the seedling height and crown width of Sorbus wilsoniana seedlings were the largest under 30%light intensity,while the crown width was the largest under 90%light intensity,and the seedling height,ground diameter and crown width were all smaller under full light.Under different light intensity,the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate and stomatal limitation value of seedlings showed M trend,whereas the intercellular COconcentration showed W trend;However,the diurnal variation of transpiration rate of seedlings increased at first and then decreased,and stomatal conductance showed a downward trend as a whole.The diurnal variation of their photosynthesis characteristics is CK>A>B>C.
