黏结剂对碳硅复合球团强度的影响 被引量:5

The Effect of Binder on the Strength of Carbon-Silicon Composite Agglomerate

摘要 工业硅生产过程中产生大量含硅、含碳废料,将其制备成碳硅复合球团再入炉,不仅可以提高废料利用效率,还可改善炉内温度分布,提高产率。黏结剂在碳硅复合球团工业化应用中必不可少,因此采用万能材料试验机研究了不同黏结剂对碳硅复合球团强度的影响,使用光学接触角/表界面张力测量仪研究了黏结剂与原料之间的润湿性能,为碳硅复合球团寻找适合的工业黏结剂提供科学依据。结果表明,淀粉与硅石粉润湿性良好,但与煤粉不润湿,球团中淀粉含量为7%时,球团的冷强度为26.8 MPa;木质素与硅石粉和煤粉均表现出良好的润湿性,球团中木质素含量为7%时,球团的热强度为11.4 MPa;生物质油与硅石粉润湿性良好,与煤粉初始接触角大于90°,但0.4 s后表现为润湿。生物质油为黏结剂时,球团冷、热强度均较好。添加复合黏结剂5%时,球团的冷、热强度分别达到29.8 MPa和11.3 MPa,抗碎率和粉化率分别为96.9%和0.98%。球团强度满足工业应用要求。 A large amount of silicon-containing and carbon-containing wastes are produced during the silicon production process.Agglomerate the wastes as the carbon-silicon composite agglomerate(CSCA)and then fed into the furnace,not only improves the utilization efficiency of waste materials,but also improves the temperature distribution in the furnace and increase the Si yield.The binder is essential in the industrial application of CSCA.In this study,the universal material testing machine is used to study the influence of different binders on the strength of CSCA.An optical contact angle/surface interfacial tension measuring instrument is used to study the wettability between the binder and the raw material.The purpose of this study is to provide a scientific basis for finding suitable industrial binders for carbon-silicon composite pellets.The experimental results show that the starch and quartz powder have good wettability,but it is not wet with coal powder.When the content of starch is 7%,the cold strength of agglomerate is 26.8 MPa.The lignin wet the quartz and coal powder all well.When the content of lignin is 7%,the hot strength of the agglomerate is 11.4 MPa.The biomass oil wets the quartz powder well.The initial contact angle between biomass oil and coal powder is greater than 90°,it appears as wetting after 0.4 s.The hot and cold strength of the agglomerate with biomass oil as binder are all optimal.With the addition of 5%of the composite binder,the hot and cold strength of the pellets are 29.8 MPa and 11.3 MPa,respectively.The crush resistance and powdering rate are 96.9%and 0.98%,respectively.Strength of CSCA using the composite binder meets industrial application requirements.
