摘要
幼儿园园长课程领导力是园所保教质量提高的核心。采用质性研究,运用文献法、深度访谈,以兼任幼儿园园长的高校学前教育专业大学教师为对象,以课程领导为线,以关键事件为点,探寻一所公办性质幼儿园从一穷二白到特色鲜明,从积贫积弱到质量优质的核心影响因素,分析园长课程领导力提升策略。
Curriculum leadership of kindergarten principals is the core of improving the quality of care and education in kindergartens.Using qualitative research,the literature method and in-depth interviews,taking a preschool education major university teacher who also serves as kindergarten principal as the object,taking curriculum leaders as the line,and focusing on key events,this paper aims to explore the core influential factors on the development of a public kindergarten from a poor and blank one to with distinctive features,from the poor and weak situation to the one of high quality,so as to analyze the strategies for improving the principal’s curriculum leadership.
