摘要
确定有效的帷幕注浆加固参数,可以降低隧道穿越富水软弱地层遭遇突水突泥灾害的风险。通过室内注浆试验,研究了不同注浆量下的风化花岗岩堵水加固特性。试验结果表明:注浆量(浆液充填率,GFR)达到32%以上时,试样的物理力学特性显著改善,其中黏聚力较未注浆时增长了2.96倍,达到178.8 kPa,渗透系数下降至10^(-8)cm/s以下。考虑风化花岗岩中浆液扩散模式以劈裂和挤密扩散为主,不符合室内注浆的均匀特性。因此基于安全考虑,建议注浆量应达到48%以上,并采用COMSOL多场耦合数值仿真系统开展帷幕注浆参数研究。研究结果表明:帷幕注浆加固圈的渗透率降低1个数量级时,注浆圈厚度取5~6 m,堵水效果最为经济可行,建立的帷幕注浆量与加固圈厚度可为类似工程提供借鉴。
In order to reduce the risk of water and mud inrush during the tunnel crosses water-rich soft weathered rock stratum,the effective curtain grouting parameters are determined.The characteristics of blocking water and strengthen by weathered granite are This paper investigated the grouting volume for the curtain grouting by conducting a series of tests,including strength and permeability tests.The test results indicate that the physical properties can be improved significantly when the grouting filling ratio(GFR)reached 32%.The cohesion which is 178.8 kPa increased2.96 times than the original granite.The permeability dropped three to 10^(-8)cm/s.Considering splitting and compaction diffusion was the main slurry diffusion types of weathered granite,which is not conformity to uniformity in laboratory test.Therefore,the GFR of 48%is suggested for safety.Furthermore,the curtain grouting parameters are studied by multi coupled numerical simulations of COMSOL.The calculation results show that the effect of blocking water is the most economically feasible when the grouting thickness is 5-6 m and the permeability index drops 1/10-1/20 and can provide reference for similar engineering.
