摘要
本文从理论层面梳理了空气污染对中国劳动力资源配置效率的影响及传导机制,并基于2010—2016年(1)中国城市面板数据,使用多种计量模型进行实证分析。研究表明:空气污染影响了劳动力资源配置效率的提高,且存在明显的区域异质性。城市空气污染通过影响劳动者的工资水平和劳动力资源的自由流动进而影响劳动力资源配置效率。空气污染与劳动力资源配置效率均存在正向空间相关性,且空气污染对劳动力资源配置效率具有正向空间溢出效应。在不同空间分位数下,空气污染对劳动力资源配置效率的影响具有明显的空间溢出异质性。本文为推动中国实现绿色转型、提高劳动力资源配置效率提供参考。
This paper theoretically summarizes the impact of air pollution on labor resource allocation efficiency in China and its transmission mechanism.Based on the panel data of Chinese cities from 2010 to 2016,an empirical study is conducted with a variety of econometric models.The results show that air pollution hinders the improvement of labor resource allocation efficiency,and there is obvious regional heterogeneity.Urban air pollution affects the allocation efficiency of labor resources by affecting the wage level of workers and the free flow of labor resources.There is a positive spatial correlation between air pollution and labor resource allocation efficiency,and air pollution has a positive spatial spillover effect on labor resource allocation efficiency.Under different spatial quantiles,the effects of air pollution on labor resource allocation efficiency have obvious spatial spillover heterogeneity.This study provides reference for promoting China’s green transformation and improving the efficiency of labor resource allocation.
