安钢1号高炉冷却壁整体浇注实践 被引量:2

摘要 对安钢1号高炉冷却壁整体浇注实践进行了总结,阐述了冷却壁整体浇注工艺及技术难点。利用环保限产停炉时机,采用冷却壁整体浇注技术更换了1号高炉部分漏水冷却壁。1号高炉开炉后的生产实践表明,冷却壁整体浇注结构整体性好,操作炉型较为规则,稳定性好,能够形成稳定的渣皮,有利于炉况稳定顺行;与浇注前相比,高炉主要技术经济指标不断优化,日产量提高了15%-25%,焦炭负荷提高了25%。 A summary is made regarding the integral casting operation of cooling stave of Anyang Steel No.1 BF,followed by an introduction of integral casting process and its technical difficulties in practice.We remove part of cooling staves of No.1 BF which have the problem of water leakage,by taking the occasion of furnace blowoff as a response to the production limiting requirement for environmental protection,and replaced them by the new ones that are cast integrally.The operation of the said furnace after reblowing-on shows that the new cooling stave stands out for its good structure integrity,regular and stable furnace operating profile.They enables formation of a stable slag skull,which is beneficial to the stable and smooth furnace running・Compared with situation before using the integrally cast stave,the BF main techno-economic indicators improve,the daily output and the coke load increases by 15%~25%,and 25%respectively.
