摘要
相对于传统的硬开关电路,LLC谐振变换器在软开关技术的应用中具有独特的优势.在输入电压和负载变化范围较大的情况下,仍具有良好的稳压性能.随着分布式电源系统的提出和半导体器件制造技术的发展,此变换器凭借其高效率、高功率密度在开关电源设计中被迅速应用开来,因其自身多种优势慢慢成为一种主流拓扑结构,在未来电源变换器的发展研究中占据重要地位.通过阅读查阅大量文献对目前常见的LLC谐振变换器拓扑进行归纳总结,分类介绍了各种拓扑结构的工作特点,指出LLC谐振变换器的目前应用最多的场合,并对未来拓扑结构发展进行了展望分析.
Compared with the traditional hard switching circuit,LLC(Logical Link Control)resonant converter has unique advantages in the application of soft switching technology.It still has good voltage stabilizing performance in the case of large variation range of input voltage and load.With the proposal of distributed power system and the development of semiconductor device manufacturing technology,this converter has been rapidly applied in the design of switching power supply with its high efficiency and high power density.Because of its various advantages,it has gradually become a mainstream topological structure and occupies an important position in the development and research of power converter in the future.In this paper,by reading and consulting a large number of literature,the common LLC resonant converter topologies are summarized,the working characteristics of various topologies are introduced,the most applied occasions of LLC resonant converter are pointed out,and the development of topology in the future is prospected and analyzed.
