摘要
第五代移动通信技术(5th generation mobile networks,5G)具有高速传输、低延时、广域覆盖等特点。智慧港口是港口在数字化、自动化、智能化背景下结合资源禀赋在运作模式等方面的进一步演变。5G网络助力下的智慧港口将加快航运业的智慧化、信息化发展,对交通强国建设意义重大。文章分析了“5G+智慧港口”的内涵,从以港口为中心的物流供应链角度出发,提出“5G+智慧港口”背景下我国集装箱港口的发展新特点,并结合“5G+智慧港口”内涵提出我国集装箱港口智慧化建设的发展建议,以期为智慧港口建设提供参考。
The 5th generation mobile networks(5G)has the characteristics of high-speed transmission,low delay and wide area coverage.Smart port is the further evolution of the operation mode of digital port,automatic port and intelligent port combined with resource endowment.5G+smart port can speed up the intelligent and information development of shipping industry,which is of great significance to the construction of transportation power.At present,the construction of 5G smart port in China is in the primary stage,and the construction progress of each port is different,and there is a lack of strategic planning.First of all,the connotation of"5G+smart port"was analyzed.Then from the perspective of port centered logistics supply chain,the new development characteristics of Chinese container port under the background of"5G+smart port"was put forward.In the end the development suggestions on the construction of smart container port in China were put forward according to the connotation of"5G smart port",so as to provide reference for the construction of smart port.
