摘要
基于盐城工业职业技术学院2016-2020届酒店管理专业毕业生的调研数据,本文运用IPA分析法,从重要性与满意度两个方面就毕业生对本专业的12门核心课程的设置进行诊断分析,并运用SPSS26.0分析软件绘制出重要性与满意度方格图。依据IPA分析的结果,对高职酒店管理专业核心课程设置与实施所存在的问题加以分析研判,以期为课程诊改提出相应的意见与建议。
Based on the survey data of the graduates majoring in hotel management from the year of 2016 to2020 in Yancheng Polytechnic College,this paper analyzes the setting of 12 core courses of the major by using IPA analysis method from importance and satisfaction,and then draws the importance and satisfaction square chart by using SPSS26.0 analysis software.According to the results of IPA analysis,it puts forward corresponding suggestions for the improvement of courses by analyzing the problems in the core courses design and implementation of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges.
