摘要
目的探索舒适护理在心律失常患者护理中的效果。方法选取本院2018年12月至2019年12月诊治的100例心律失常患者,按入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组患者50例。患者主要包括室性早搏、束支传导阻滞、房性早搏、心动过速、房室传导阻滞、心动过缓等。观察组患者给予舒适护理,对照组患者给予常规护理。比较两组护理后临床效果。结果护理后,观察组患者护理满意度为96%,对照组为82%,观察组明显高于对照组,组间比较差异明显,P<0.05。并发症发生率,观察组为8%,对照组为30%,观察组并发症发生率少于对照组,P<0.05。结论给予心律失常患者实行舒适护理,效果良好,能提升患者护理满意度,减少不良反应发生率,减轻患者抑郁、焦虑评分,值得在临床中应用推广。
Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing in the nursing of patients with arrhythmia.Methods A total of 100 patients with arrhythmia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,with 50 patients in each group.The patients mainly include ventricular premature beat,bundle branch block,atrial premature beat,tachycardia,atrioventricular block,bradycardia,etc.Patients in the observation group were given comfortable nursing,and patients in the control group were given regular nursing.Compare the clinical effects of the two groups after nursing.Results After nursing,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96%,82%in the control group,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.The complication rate was 8%in the observation group and 30%in the control group.The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Comfort nursing for patients with arrhythmia has good effect,can improve patient nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,reduce the score of depression and anxiety of patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
