摘要
目的探讨正畸联合种植修复治疗先天缺失上颌侧切牙患者的临床疗效。方法选择我院2016年7月-2019年7月收治的98例先天缺失上颌侧切牙患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=49)和对照组(n=49).对照组采用义齿种植修复治疗,观察组采用正畸联合义齿种植修复治疗。比较两组临床疗效,咀嚼功能、语言功能评分及并发症发生情况.结果观察组痊愈19例(38.78%)、显效21例(42.86%)、有效6例(12.24%)、无效3例(6.12%),观察组整体临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组有效率为93.88%高于对照组的75.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0,05);治疗前,两组患者咀嚼功能、语言功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组咀嚼功能、语言功能评分上升,且观察组评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率14.29%低于对照组的46.94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论正畸联合种植修复治疗先天缺失上颌侧切牙临床疗效显著,可有效增加穿齿修复间隙,改善牙齿咬合能力,提高牙体种植成功率,恢复患者咀嚼及语言功能,安全性高。
Objective This study aims to investigate the clinical effect of orthodontics combined with implant restoration in the treatment o£congenital missing maxillary lateral incisors.Methods 98 patients of congenital missing maxillary lateral incisors in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n=49)and control group(n=49).The control group was treated with denture implant repair,and the observation group was treated with orthodontics combined with denture implant repair.It observed and compared the clinical efficacy,masticatory function,language function score and complications of the two groups-Results In the observation group,19 cases were cured(38.78%),21 cases were markedly effective(42.86%),6 cases were effective(12.24%)and 3 cases were ineffective(6.12%).The overall clinical effect was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the clinical effective rate was 93.88%,which was significantly higher than that of 75.51%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the score of masticatory function and language function between the two groups(P<O.05).After treatment,the score of masticatory function and language function of the two groups increased(P<0.05).And,the score of masticatory function and language function of the observation group was significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of abnormal occlusion,soft tissue injury and other complications in the observation group was 14.29%,which was significantly lower than that of 46.94% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of orthodontic combined with implant restoration in the treatment of congenital missing maxillary lateral incisors is significant.It can effectively increase the tooth repair space,improve the occlusal ability,improve the success rate of dental implantation,restore the chewing and language function of patients.With a high safety,it is worthy of promotion.
