摘要
为了加强人工湿地的前处理功能,本项研究集成了氧化池-砾石床为前处理的垂直流人工湿地工程,并应用于深圳市观澜河清湖湿地工程。在工程建设完成后进行了系统监测,研究结果表明:1)从年尺度来看,主要出水指标COD Cr、BOD 5、NH+4-N和TP的浓度较为稳定,均达到地表水Ⅲ类水标准,DO出水浓度比进水浓度有所下降;2)从月尺度来看,COD Cr、BOD 5、NH+4-N和TP的进水浓度无明显的波动,其出水浓度虽有所波动,表现为春冬季节随着温度降低去除率有所下降,夏秋季因温度较高,微生物较为活跃,去除率有所上升(p>0.05);3)水质指标COD Cr和BOD 5的去除率以氧化池贡献率最大,NH+4-N的去除率以人工湿地贡献率最大,TP的去除贡献率以砾石床最大,与以上4个指标相比,集成工程对TSS去除贡献率偏低,并对DO的增加是负贡献。
In order to study the water purification effect of integrated man-made wetland project with enhanced pretreatment function,this study taken the Qinghu wetland of Guanlan River in Shenzhen as an example,and systematically monitored the water quality of the inlet and outlet of the oxidation tank-gravel bed-vertical flow constructed wetland.The results show as that:(1)The effluent concentration of COD Cr,BOD 5,NH+4-N and TP are relatively stable from the annual scale.The influent concentration of COD Cr,BOD 5,NH+4-N and TP did not fluctuate significantly on a monthly scale,although the effluent concentration fluctuated,showing that the removal rate of temperature decreased in spring and winter,and that of microorganisms was more active in summer and autumn due to higher temperature.(3)The removal rates of COD Cr and BOD 5 were the highest in the oxidation tank,NH+4-N in the man-made wetland and TP in the gravel bed.Compared with the above four indicators,the removal rates of TSS were the lowest in the integrated project and the concentration of DO was degreased after the wetland system.
