摘要
目的分析探究过敏性鼻炎发生的危险性因素,汇总具体护理干预措施。方法随机遴选本院于2019年12月至2020年12月收治的过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,所选患者共计106例,将其纳入观察组,此外选取同期接受健康体检者100例作为对照组,分析汇总两组患者基线资料,总结分析过敏性鼻炎的相关危险因素。结果单因素分析结果显示:过敏史、抗生素使用过量、呼吸道感染、吸烟、家中近期装修、饲养宠物、家族鼻炎史、工作环境污染、抗生素滥用均为过敏性鼻炎发病的影响因素(P<0.05);多因素Logistic分析结果显示,吸烟史、工作环境污染、呼吸道感染、过敏史、吸烟史以及家族鼻炎史、抗生素滥用均是过敏性鼻炎发病的独立危险因素。结论发生过敏性鼻炎的独立危险因素主要为呼吸道感染、过敏史、吸烟以及家族鼻炎史等,在护理期间还需提高过敏性鼻炎患者自身的认知度,进而挖掘疾病预防以及控制的原动力,预防疾病发作。
Objective To analyze and explore the risk factors of allergic rhinitis and summarize the specific nursing intervention measures.Methods One hundred and six patients with allergic rhinitis treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were randomly selected as the research object.They were included in the observation group.In addition,100 patients who underwent physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.The baseline data of the two groups were analyzed and summarized,and the relevant risk factors of allergic rhinitis were summarized and analyzed.Results The results of univariate analysis showed that allergy history,antibiotic overuse,respiratory tract infection,smoking,recent home decoration,pet keeping,family history of rhinitis,work environment pollution,and antibiotic abuse are all influencing factors in the onset of allergic rhinitis(P<0.05);Multivariate logistic analysis showed that smoking history,work environment pollution,respiratory infection,allergy history,smoking history,family history of rhinitis,and antibiotic abuse are all independent risk factors for the onset of allergic rhinitis.Conclusion The independent risk factors of allergic rhinitis are mainly respiratory tract infection,allergy history,smoking and family rhinitis history.During the nursing period,it is also necessary to improve the awareness of patients with allergic rhinitis,so as to tap the driving force of disease prevention and control and prevent disease attack.
