摘要
以物流业集聚促进制造业效率提升和技术进步是未来我国制造业高质量发展的有效途径。利用1998—2019年我国30个省市区的数据实证检验物流业集聚对制造业高质量发展的促进作用发现,物流业集聚对制造业高质量发展的影响具有差异性,存在门槛效应,集聚度低于门槛值时对制造业高质量发展促进作用不显著,集聚度超过门槛值时对制造业高质量发展促进作用显著;物流业集聚对制造业技术进步和效率提升的影响存在显著差异,技术进步比效率提升对物流业集聚要求更高,物流业集聚首先影响制造业效率提升,随着集聚度的进一步提高,才能有效影响制造业技术进步;物流业集聚对我国东部、中部、西部地区制造业高质量发展的影响存在异质性,一个地区制造业发展质量越高,门槛值越高,但超过门槛值后,物流业集聚对制造业发展质量较低的中部和西部地区影响作用更明显。因此,为更好地促进制造业高质量发展,不仅要关注制造业本身,而且要重视物流业的支撑作用。具体来讲,就是要推动物流业高质量发展,优化制造业营商环境;推动物流业市场化改革,激发物流企业活力,支撑并促进制造业高质量持续发展;推动物流业专业化集聚,为制造业提供高质量服务。
Logistics agglomeration is one of the effective ways to improve the efficiency and technological progress of China's manufacturing industry in the future.Based on the data of 30 provinces in China from 1998 to 2019,the author tests the promoting effect of logistics agglomeration on the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.It is found that:first,the promoting effect of logistics agglomeration on the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry is different,and there is significant threshold effect,when the level of logistics agglomeration is lower than the threshold,the promoting effect is not significant,and when the level of logistics agglomeration is higher than the threshold,the promoting effect is significant;second,the promoting effect of logistics agglomeration on the technological progress and efficiency improvement of the manufacturing industry is quite different,the improvement of technological progress impose higher requirement on logistics agglomeration,logistics agglomeration first has impact on the efficiency improvement of the manufacturing industry,and with the future improvement of agglomeration,it will have effective impact on technological progress;and third,logistics agglomeration has different impact on the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry in the eastern,central and western regions,the region with higher quality of manufacturing industry has higher threshold value,but when it exceeds the threshold value,logistics industry agglomeration will have more significant promoting impact on the central and western regions.So,to better promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry,we should not only pay attention to the manufacturing industry itself,but also pay more attention to the supporting role of logistics industry.Specially speaking,we should,first,promote the high-quality development of the logistics industry,optimize the business environment for the manufacturing industry;second,we should promote the market-oriented reform for the logistics industry,stimulate the enterprises’vitality,support and promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the manufacturing industry;and third,we should promote the specialized agglomeration of the logistics industry,and provide the manufacturing industry with high-quality service.
