摘要
目的:了解南京市江北新区伤害病例流行病学特征,为开展伤害防控工作提供数据支持。方法:以2017—2019年因伤害首次在江北新区全国伤害监测哨点医院门/急诊就诊的伤害病例作为研究对象,对病例特征进行描述性分析。结果:2017—2019年,江北新区哨点医院共报告伤害病例44510例。[30,40)岁组是伤害高发年龄段;伤害发生原因构成前3位为刀/锐器伤、跌倒/坠落和钝器伤;伤害发生地点主要为家中、公路/街道、工业和建筑场所;伤害发生时活动主要为休闲活动、驾乘交通工具和工作。结论:伤害是江北新区当前比较突出的公共卫生问题,应针对不同人群采取针对性的伤害防控措施,减少伤害发生。
OBJECTIVE To understand the epidemiological characteristics of injury cases in Jiangbei New Area and provide objective evi⁃dence for injury prevention and control.METHODS A descriptive analysis of the characteristics of the injury cases in the outpatient/emergency de⁃partment of the National Injury Surveillance Hospital in Jiangbei New District for the first time due to injuries from 2017 to 2019 was taken as the research object.RESULTS From 2017 to 2019,a total of 44510 injuries were reported in sentinel hospitals in Jiangbei New Area.The[30,40)years old group was the age group with a high incidence of injuries.The top 3 causes of injury were knife/sharp injury,tumble/fall,blunt injury.Most of injuries happened at home,roads/streets,industrial and construction sites.Recreational activities,driving and transportation,at work were the three major activities when injuries occurred.CONCLUSION Injury was currently a prominent public health problem in Jiangbei New Area.Targeted injury prevention and control measures should be taken for different groups of people to reduce the occurrence of injuries.
