摘要
目的:分析(1,3)-β-D葡聚糖检测在重症肺炎患者真菌感染中的诊断价值。方法:选取102例重症肺炎患者为研究对象,采血行(1,3)-β-D葡聚糖水平检测(简称G试验)和真菌培养,以真菌培养结果作为诊断重症肺炎患者真菌感染的"金标准",分析G试验在重症肺炎患者真菌感染诊断中的效能。结果:真菌培养结果显示,102例患者中,阳性35例,阴性67例;G试验结果显示阳性38例,阴性64例。G试验在重症肺炎患者早期真菌感染诊断中的灵敏度为94.29%,特异度为92.54%,准确度为93.14%。Kappa检验结果显示,G试验与真菌培养结果的一致性良好(Kappa值=0.851,P<0.05)。结论:(1,3)-β-D葡聚糖水平检测诊断重症肺炎患者真菌感染具有良好的效能。
Objective:To analyze diagnostic value of(1,3)-β-D glucan in diagnosis of fungal infection in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:102 patients with severe pneumonia were selected as the research objects.The blood samples were collected for(1,3)-β-D glucan level detection(referred to as G test)and fungal culture.Using the results of fungal culture as the“gold standard”for the diagnosis of fungal infection,the efficacy of the G test in the diagnosis of fungal infection in the patients with severe pneumonia was analyzed.Results:The fungal culture results showed that among the 102 patients,35 were positive and 67 were negative.The G test results showed that 38 cases were positive and 64 cases were negative.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the G test in the diagnosis of early fungal infection in the patients with severe pneumonia were 94.29%,92.54%and 93.14%,separately.The kappa test showed that the G test results were in good agreement with the fungal culture results(Kappa value=0.851,P<0.05).Conclusions:(1,3)-β-D glucan level detection has good efficacy in the diagnosis of fungal infection in the patients with severe pneumonia.
