摘要
目的研究均角型青少年口咽气道的形态与上下颌骨的相关性。方法选取90例12-15岁均角型青少年正畸患者的全视野颌面部CBCT,按ANB角分为骨性Ⅰ类组、骨性Ⅱ类组、骨性Ⅲ类组,每组30例,比较三组间口咽气道容积、截面积、高度、矢状径和横径等形态测量指标,分析口咽气道形态测量指标与上下颌骨的相关性。结果骨性Ⅰ类组、骨性Ⅱ类组和骨性Ⅲ类组口咽气道的容积分别为(17817.58±9122.52)mm 3,(14726.95±7588.61)mm 3,(15743.01±8807.74)mm 3。骨性Ⅱ类组的口咽气道容积、截面积等指标小于骨性Ⅰ类组和Ⅲ类组,但差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。口咽气道的容积与下颌骨的长度、上下颌骨的宽度及下颌骨距气道的距离呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。口咽气道的最小横截面积与ANB角呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论骨性Ⅱ类组的口咽气道容积、截面积等指标的均值小于骨性Ⅰ类组和Ⅲ类组,但差异没有统计学意义。口咽气道的形态与上下颌骨具有一定的相关关系。
Objective To study the relationships between the morphology of oropharyngeal airway and the maxilla and mandible in adolescents with average angle.Methods Ninety 12-15-year-old average angle adolescent orthodontic patients with full field maxillofacial CBCT were divided into skeletalⅠgroup,skeletalⅡgroup,skeletalⅢgroup according to ANB angle,with 30 cases in each group.The oropharyngeal airway volume,the cross-sectional area,the height,and the sagittal and transverse diameters were compared among the three groups,and the correlations between the morphometric measurements of oropharyngeal airway and the maxilla and mandible were analyzed.Results The volume of oropharyngeal airway was(17817.58±9122.52)mm 3 in skeletalⅠgroup,(14726.95±7588.61)mm 3 in skeletalⅡgroup,(15743.01±8807.74)mm 3 in skeletalⅢgroup.The indexes such as oropharyngeal airway volume and sagittal-sectional area were smaller in the skeletal classⅡgroup than in the skeletal classⅠgroup and classⅢgroup,but the difference was not statistically significant.The volume of the oropharyngeal airway was positively correlated with the length of the mandible,the width of the maxilla and mandible and the distance of the mandible from the airway(P<0.05).The minimum cross-sectional area of the oropharyngeal airway was negatively correlated with ANB angle(P<0.05).Conclusion The indexes such as oropharyngeal airway volume and sagittal-sectional area are smaller in the skeletal classⅡgroup than in the skeletal classⅠgroup and classⅢgroup,but the difference is not statistically significant.The morphology of the oropharyngeal airway has a certain correlation with that of the maxilla and mandible.
