摘要
烟碱是普遍存在于烟草中的一类生物碱,其含量占烟草中总生物碱的95%以上。本文概述了传统的烟碱提取方法,包括水蒸气蒸馏法、溶剂萃取法、离子交换法,新兴的超声辅助提取法、微波辅助提取法以及超临界CO_(2)萃取法,评述了各提取方法之间的差异,并介绍了烟碱在农业、医药工业、烟草工业等领域的应用,以期对烟碱的提取与利用提供参考。
Nicotine is a kind of alkaloid which is ubiquitous in tobacco,and its content accounts for more than 95%of the total alkaloids in tobacco.The traditional extraction methods of nicotine,such as steam distillation,solvent extraction,ion exchange,new ultrasonic-assisted extraction,microwave-assisted extraction and supercritical CO_(2) extraction,were summarized.The differences among the extraction methods were reviewed,and the applications of nicotine in agriculture,pharmaceutical industry and tobacco industry were introduced,so as to provide reference for the extraction and utilization of nicotine.
