摘要
目的研究长航保存去白细胞悬浮红细胞储血袋3种不同的放置方式对游离血红蛋白含量和红细胞溶血率的影响,探讨长航保存去白细胞悬浮红细胞适合的储存方法。方法采用垂直悬挂法、直立贴合法和平铺码放法,保存血样,对3种保存方式下游离血红蛋白含量和红细胞溶血率进行分析。结果在保存终末期,3组的游离血红蛋白含量分别为(0.469±0.088)g/L、(0.305±0.074)g/L和(0.396±0.111)g/L,差异有统计学意义(F=3.969,P=0.048),其中直立贴合组明显低于垂直悬挂组(P=0.016);3组的红细胞溶血率分别为(0.126±0.022)%、(0.091±0.017)%和(0.107±0.025)%,差异有统计学意义(F=3.986,P=0.047),其中直立贴合组显著低于垂直悬挂组(P=0.015)。结论在4~5级海况的条件下,长航对储血袋3种不同的放置方式具有一定的影响,组间差异具有统计学意义,而且直立贴合组明显优于垂直悬挂组。此次研究的试验结果,对进一步研究长航血液保障任务具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To study the effects of 3 kinds of different storage bag placement of leukocytes-reduced red blood cell preserved onboard the ship on the contents of free hemoglobin(FHb)and the rate of hemolysis,and also to explore best storage methods for leukocytes-reduced red blood cells in additive solution during a prolonged voyage.Methods The blood samples were stored by the vertical hanging method,the upright fitting method and the tile-laying method at the same environmental conditions.Then,the contents of FHb were determined and the rate of red blood cell hemolysis was analyzed.Results At the end of storage,the contents of FHb in the 3 groups were respectively(0.469±0.088)g/L,(0.305±0.074)g/L and(0.396±0.111)g/L,with statistical significance(F=3.969,P=0.048).Of the 3 groups,the content of FHb in the upright fitting group was significantly lower than that of the vertical hanging group(P=0.016).The rates of hemolysis of the 3 groups were(0.126±0.022)%,(0.091±0.017)% and(0.107±0.025)%,respectively,also with statistical significance(F=3.986,P=0.047),and the hemolysis rate of the upright fitting group was significantly lower than that of the vertical hanging group(P=0.015).Conclusion Under the 4-5 sea conditions,prolonged voyage has certain impact on the 3 different kinds of blood storage bag placement.Statistical significance could be seen,when comparisons were made between the 3 groups,with the upright fitting being obviously superior to the vertical hanging.This experimental study results are of important clinical significance for further research on blood supply during prolonged voyage.
