摘要
角膜是眼球屈光系统中重要的组成部分之一,其屈光力约占整个眼球屈光力的70%。且角膜形态的轻微改变,即可影响其屈光力,进而影响人的视觉质量。近些年来,随着屈光手术、角膜塑形镜甚至白内障手术通过测量角膜曲率计算人工晶体度数的发展,以及一些眼表疾病如角膜膨隆、圆锥角膜等,使得人们对角膜地形测量的需求越来越多,了解越来越深入。现在临床上测量角膜地形图的仪器种类繁多,各种仪器对角膜地形的测量均有其长处,本研究将对这些常用的角膜地形图测量仪测量原理及特点进行综述。
The cornea is one of the important components of the eyeball refractive system,its refractive power accounts for about 70%of the entire eyeball refractive power.And a slight change in corneal shape can affect its refractive power,and then affect human visual quality.In recent years,with the development of refractive surgery,orthokeratology and even cataract surgery by measuring the curvature of the cornea to calculate the degree of intraocular lens,as well as some ocular surface diseases,people have a demand for corneal topography measurement.The demand are more and more,more and deeper understanding.There are many kinds of instruments for measuring corneal topography in clinic.Various instruments have their advantages in measuring corneal topography.This article will review the measurement principles and characteristics of these commonly used corneal topography measuring instruments.
