掘进机第一运输机防卡链装置设计

摘要 第一运输机是掘进机重要组成部分,其工作效率直接影响掘进机运输效果及井下生产连续性。卡链是第一运输机常见的一种故障,对造成第一运输机卡链故障的原因进行了探讨分析,根据分析结果设计了一种防卡链装置,论述了防卡链装置的参数设计方法,并以现有某机型为例进行了论证设计,通过有限元分析验证了设计的合理性,得到了可靠的分析结果,为解决第一运输机卡链故障提供了一种新方法。 The first conveyor is an important part of the roadheader, its working efficiency directly affects the transportation effect of the roadheader and the continuity of underground production. Chain blocking is a common fault of the first conveyor. Discussed and analyzed the causes of the first conveyor′s chain blocking fault, and designed an anti-blocking device according to the analysis results,discussed the parameter design method of the anti-blocking chain device, and used an existing model as an example to demonstrate the design, the rationality of the design was verified by the finite element analysis, and the reliable analysis results were obtained, which provides a new method for solving the chain blocking fault of the first conveyor.
