摘要
正处于大发展大变革大调整时期的当今世界,强烈呼唤马克思世界历史理论的出场。习近平以马克思世界历史理论为指导,科学分析当今全球变化态势,作出世界处于百年未有之大变局这一重大论断。在他的理论视野中,百年变局既意味着世界权力格局的重大变化和人类社会发展面临的不确定性增强,又意味着21世纪社会主义与资本主义的关系正在发生重大变化。基于人类命运共同体理念,习近平在强调保持战略定力、集中力量办好自己的事的基础上,提出了坚持扩大开放和积极参与全球治理等实践要求,为应对百年变局提供了正确的战略方针。
Today’s world which is undergoing major development,adjustment and transformation,strongly calls for the appearance of Marx’s theory of world history.Under the guidance of Marx’s theory of world history,President Xi Jinping scientifically analyzed the current global change situation,and he said that the world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century.In Xi Jinping’s theoretical perspective,the changes unseen in a century not only mean the major changes in the world power structure and the increasing uncertainties in the development of human society,but also the significant changes in the relationship between socialism and capitalism in the 21 st century.Based on the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind,Xi Jinping stressed remain firm in strategic determination and concentrate on managing the country’s affairs well,and he said China continue to open its door wider and work to make the system of global governance fairer and more equitable,providing the correct strategic policy for coping with the changes unseen in a century.
