Design of mechatronics system based on multi-sensor information fusion

摘要 为加强机械工程与自动化技术的匹配,在机电一体化系统中引入一个信息融合方法,但该方法的降噪能力不足,导致系统目标追踪效果不佳。因此,设计基于多传感器信息融合的机电一体化系统。在硬件设计上,重新设计传感器节点供电电源,辅助多传感器的测量任务不受电压影响;设计启动电路和复位电路,控制系统的远程操作功能。在软件设计上,根据多传感器信息融合技术,设计信息融合模型,利用滑动窗口剔除重复信息,实现对传感器实际测量数据的融合。仿真结果表明,此次设计的机电一体化系统,降噪能力增强,误差序列的取值减小,目标追踪结果更接近实际值。 In order to strengthen the matching of mechanical engineering and automation technology,an information fusion method is introduced into the mechatronics system.However,the noise reduction ability of this method is insufficient,resulting in the poor tracking effect of the system target.Therefore,the mechatronics system based on multi-sensor information fusion is designed.In terms of hardware design,the power supply of sensor node is redesigned to assist that the measurement task of multisensor is not affected by voltage,and the start-up circuit and reset circuit are designed to control the remote operation function of the system.In the software design,according to the multi-sensor information fusion technology,the information fusion model is designed,and the repeated information is eliminated by using the sliding window to realize the integration of the data actually measured by the sensor.The simulation results show that the mechatronics system designed in this paper can enhance the noise reduction ability and reduce the value of error sequence,and the target tracking result is closer to the actual value.
