摘要
目的:探讨在血常规检验中联合应用血涂片细胞形态学、全自动细胞分析仪的临床价值。方法:筛选2019年2月~2019年6月在本院实施血常规检查的患者128例为研究对象,取患者血清标本联合应用全自动细胞分析仪、血涂片细胞形态学进行检查,将镜检结果作为评价标准,对联合检查结果进行相关性分析。结果:联合检查中单核细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞以及中性粒细胞的γ值均高于0.5,提示分类效果佳;异性淋巴细胞、核左移原始细胞的γ值均低于0.5,提示分类效果较差。结论:在血常规检验中,联合应用血涂片细胞形态学、全自动细胞分析仪,可明确血细胞形态变化,提高检验结果准确性,应用价值显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of the combination of blood smear cell morphology and automatic cell analyzer in blood routine test.Methods:128 patients who were tested by routine blood examination in our hospital from February 2019 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.The serum samples of patients were examined by using automatic cell analyzer and blood smear cell morphology.The results of the microscopic examination were used as the evaluation criteria to analyze the correlation between the results of the joint examination.Results:The results showed that theγvalues of monocytes,basophils,lymphocytes,eosinophils and neutrophils were higher than 0.5,suggesting that the classification effect was better;theγvalues of hetero-and nuclear left-handed primitive cells were lower than 0.5,suggesting that the classification effect was poor.Conclusion:In the routine blood test,the combination of blood smear cell morphology and automatic cell analyzer can clarify the changes of blood cell morphology,improve the accuracy of the test results and have significant application value.
