摘要
以不提供正常加油服务机场的运行控制特点为背景,结合昌都/邦达机场的气象特点,参照第五版修订的《大型飞机公共航空运输承运人运行合格审定规则》规章要求,以2020年5月4日某航空公司"成都—邦达"往返航线签派放行工作为例,完成邦达机场起降的相关保障措施的研究,从污染跑道、燃油政策和飞机性能三个方面总结出运行控制的要点,以达到安全飞行的目的。
Taking the operational control characteristics of the airport without regular-refueling service as the background,combined with the meteorological characteristics of BPX,referring to the fifth edition of the revised CCAR-121,researching the case of the"CTU-BPX"round-trip route on May 4 in 2020.Completed the study of the relevant ground support of BPX operation,and summarize the main points of operation control from the three aspects of contiminated runway,fuel policy and aircraft performance,so as to achieve the goal of guaranteeing flight safety.
