摘要
针对双向侧弯输送链的失效原因,根据圆柱体镦粗冲压冷变形时的金属流动、单位压力变化机制和体积不变规律,对其销轴端部结构进行设计,使销轴在铆接后能够轴向止锁,防止链条运行时销轴端部的铆接部位与通道导轨间磨损而导致链条散架失效现象的发生。该设计具有更高的铆接定位精度,降低了铆接压力,提高了铆接后链条的表面质量和生产效率,延长了链条使用寿命,达到了降低生产和维修成本之目的。
Regarding the failure root cause of double-flex conveyor chain,combine flow mechanism of cold deformed metal in upsetting round steel,change of unit pressure and volume invariance are researched to make change the pin end structure design of double-flex chain change,so it not only can achieve the ability of axial locking after riveted,but also can prevent abrasion between the pin riveting part and the channel guide during operation which could result in the failure of the chain,also,to reduce rivet press and with higher positional accuracy when riveting,increased surface quality after riveted and production efficiency,can extend chains service file.To achieve the purpose of reducing production and maintain costs.
